SYNERGY started by helping mid-sized companies and startups build, launch, and brand its products into existing and emerging markets using modern technology and industry specific marketing strategies. This was all a result of our personal struggles to get one of our internal products off the ground.  We saw all the issues associated with outsourcing, poor discipline, bad communication and documentation, and not having a trustworthy team.We are an Agile company and love working with Scrum. We work in multiple iterations and encourage using the lean startup principles, by first creating an MVP. In our continuous quest for increasing efficiency, we designed a set of steps to follow so as to obtain optimal results when developing iOS apps, Android apps, and web apps.
